Welcome to our completely remodeled three-bedroom, two full bath oases. Four miles to Disney World and only a short drive to Universal Studios, Sea World, I Drive, Reunion Championship Golf and many more local attractions. The house is designed to give you a relaxing escape from the hustle and bustle of your daily lives. The private pool and lounge area is just for you and your family or take a short walk to the community pool, playground, and dock on the lake.

Sunset Lakes is an upscale sought after gated community 70 – 80 miles away from Bush Gardens, Cocoa Beach, Daytona Beach and Kennedy Space Center and the Gulf Beaches (Clearwater, St. Pete, etc.) are roughly 90 miles. The community surrounds two lakes with a conservation area, a community pool, community playground and public dock on the larger of the two lakes. The community has become a haven for wildlife with common sightings of raccoons, armadillos, possums, and many different species of birds including the occasional Bald Eagles.


About the Property:

This beautiful remodel was just completed in the fall of 2022. The pictures on our site were taken early September 2022. New quartz countertops with glass tile backsplash, and new flooring throughout the entire home. Completely redone bathrooms from the ground up. A beautiful custom twelve-foot-wide sliding glass door lets in natural light for an indoor/outdoor feel to the large pool area.

The kitchen includes a side-by-side fridge/freezer with ice machine, a deep stainless sink, microwave, coffee machine, stove, oven, dishwasher and behind a new barn door is a washer and dryer for your use.

The living room has a new 65″ 4k Smart TV ready for you to login into your favorite streaming services hung on a modern accent wall. Relax on a new sectional couch with your feet up on the big ottoman to give your feet a rest.

The master bedroom has a King bed for plenty of room with a desk overlooking the pool area and a 55″ TV to relax quietly before bed. The Master bathroom has a large clean redone shower with a single vanity to give our guests plenty of counter space on each side of the sink and a door to the pool area.

The guest bedroom has a queen bed with a relaxing, quite feel perfect to get some much needed sleep and the kids room includes two, three level bunk beds to sleep six. This is all possible because the house has tall ceilings throughout making it feel extremely spacious.

About the Owners:

The Yelle’s met in a unique way. In 2005 Justin was attending collage living in Orlando originally from Rochester, NY while Jenni was from and attending school in a little town in Southern Ohio. One weekend in October Jenni decided last minute to fly down with her mom to help her sister and niece move to Jacksonville, FL where her brother and law had just been stationed in the Navy. The same weekend Justin had decided to visit his friend from High School in Jacksonville and while his friend was driving them to a friend’s house, Jenni’s sister merged into their lane hitting their car and causing a small accident. They pulled over into the nearest plaza while they all waited for the police to show up. Justin and Jenni chatted for about an hr and exchanged info at the end. After that they knew it was meant to be and never looked back. They now have two beautiful boys, three chihuahua’s and a calico cat.

Why they do this:

Justin and Jenni decided to purchase a second home and turn it into their oasis away from the hustle and bustle of their daily lives back in snowy Rochester NY. They wanted a getaway for when their two kids had breaks from school, and they could escape the brutal winters of Western NY. Throughout the process of renovating, they decided they wanted to share their dream with others. So, they decided to rent it to families and couples that wanted to escape to a calming environment for whatever reason. The design is not meant to be Disney or any other theme specific but an escape from whatever your daily life brings with soothing warm colors and a coastal, boho, summertime vibe.

Unique Benefits:

This property is a three bedroom but sleeps 10 with the bunk beds allowing for six children. So, no reason to find or book that four bedroom fully renovated property when ours will easily fit and sleep two families that want to vacation together in a fully renovated not outdated property. Also, when we are trying to escape the cold, we wanted to be outside so the large patio/pool area was important to us. Our large 12′ wide sliding glass door allows for an indoor-outdoor feel with a lot of natural light which make the outdoor space unlike any other houses in the area.

Interaction With Guests:

We would like to be as hands off with our guests as possible. We are here if you need us but when we vacation, we just want to be left alone so we will do the same for you. We just ask you treat our property as if it was your own. As mentioned in other areas we do have cameras around the exterior of the property which will remain on but be silenced after your arrival. We have these to help us manage the property from a far. We are not a big corporation but just a small family and respect your privacy but need to be able to ensure the house is “ok” when guests are not onsite and that doors are closed when no one is on site and our maintenance crews are doing what they are supposed to in order to ensure our guests have the best possible experience.

Guest Access:

The guests will have access to the entire home excluding the garage, and one small closet at the entryway. No one else will be onsite during a guests stay unless there is an emergency and our routine scheduled exterior maintenance which includes but is not limited to pool cleaning (generally Monday & Friday’s) and lawn services (Bi-weekly). Both generally take less than an hour per visit.
